BACKGROUND

The European economy, like other progressive economies worldwide, has witnessed a surge in demand for geospatial and space-based value-added services, technology innovation, and digitalization of systems and processes. Europe’s geospatial information and technology market is estimated to rise to USD 145 billion in 2025.

The growth in the region is primarily expected to be driven by the Nordic countries such as Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland and the Western European countries – United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Spain.
